I can't believe it....

Here he is right before his first birthday, chubby cheeks, I love it.

We started Logan's birthday off with opening presents from his grandparents, as he entertained himself with those I had to run to the store to pick up some last minute gifts.

A 'Where's Waldo' type of Thomas the train book from G-ma Carolee

Cute clothes from G-ma and G-pa Richards

When I got back from the store we got already to go bowling, every time we drive by the bowling alley Logan says "Mom I want to go bowling", so we thought it would be great fun on his big day. The best thing was we were the only ones there.

Makay wanted to wear different shoes too, so he found Dave's...so cute!

Logan insisted on carrying the ball himself

After bowling we all needed some quiet time, so Logan opened his next present, and then enjoyed it for his quiet time.

101 Dalmatians always a classic

Then we went to dinner at McDonald's (Logan's choice) and came home for the rest of his presents from mom, dad, and Makay.

A monster truck and alligator from Makay

Logan also loves doing puzzles

Logan loves anything that has a crane, this is a cool rescue helicopter, the tongue out means he's excited.

All in all it was a really fun day, Dave took the day off so we had lots of family time, my favorite. I don't feel like it's gone super fast, but I can't believe he's 4, it seems so old. I am so excited for all of the new adventures he will have in his life, and for him to start preschool next week. I love you Logan, you are such a sweet little boy, and it's a joy to be your mom.
