What do you believe in?

This past weekend was General Conference which is always a great time to listen to the brotheren of the church, it is also a time to reflect on ones self and see how we are doing. I do admit it is sometimes hard to sit and listen and not fall asleep or be preoccupied by another project, but a wonderful learning experience it is for us. As some of you might have noticed President Packers talk has caused quite a stir and my friend Kaci sent out a challenge to all her friends to bare your testimony, so I am accepting her challenge, and ask you to do the same.

My brothers and sisters whether you are of my same faith or not is not important to me, what is important to me is that you know that the Lord loves us, all of us! I have a great testimony of the plan of salvation and of the gift of free agency. We were all in Heaven together and made the choice to come to this earth knowing (I believe) that it was going to be hard and at times unbearable, but we still chose to come and to take the challenges that we are dealt head on. We are free to chose everything in life, we are not forced to do anything, sometimes we make great choices that lead to amazing blessings in our lives, and sometimes we make terrible choices that lead to horrible consequences, but one thing remains the same GOD'S LOVE! Along with his love is the most amazing gift of all, the atonement! There has never been a time when I felt the love of Heavenly Father more then when I was on my knees sobbing for forgiveness and working my way back to the light of Christ. We must look to the Lord for all of our answers and we must study and pray if there are issues we do not understand. I love the gospel and have seen many miracles in my own life. Please remember that the prophet and apostles are telling us what the Lord wants us to hear, there are his mouth piece. One of my favorite quotes is "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it!" Just think of how marvelous that day will be when Heavenly Father and Jesus welcome us home with open arms.

My love to all!
